Dear LiveWorld Customer,

We will deploy a new release to the LiveWorld platform on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 7:30pm PT (9:30pm CT / 10:30pm ET).

This release includes social channel API updates and enhancements to the Report module. Details will be available in the release notes after the deploy.

During the release process, there may be up to 60 minutes of downtime. After the release is complete, we will perform necessary verification tests.

We will notify you before the release begins and after verification is complete.
