We will deploy updates to the LiveWorld Conversation Management platform today, Thursday, October 22 at 2:30pm Pacific (4:30pm Central / 5:30pm Eastern).
The release includes enhancements for Instagram and TikTok, infrastructure improvements, as well as security updates.
No downtime is anticipated.
We will send another notification prior to the deploy and after we complete verification of the update.
